At Villwaa, we are strictly committed to delivering products in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged,
An incorrect product has been delivered, or
There is a quality issue from our side.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor colour variations caused by screen display differences.

Return Request Timeline

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, Villwaa reserves the right to reject the return, exchange, or refund request.

Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address, containing the order details and the estimated delivery timeline.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, Villwaa will proactively contact you through WhatsApp, phone call, email, or official social media communication channels to keep you informed.
