Placing an order with Villwaa is simple:

Place Your Order: Confirm your order to complete the purchase. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

All orders from Villwaa are shipped through trusted logistics partners in fully sealed packages to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

Returns & Exchanges

At Villwaa, we are strictly committed to delivering products in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged,
An incorrect product has been delivered, or
There is a quality issue from our side.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor colour variations caused by screen display differences.

Return Request Timeline

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Product Condition Requirement

Returned products must be:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With original tags and packaging intact

If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, Villwaa reserves the right to reject the return, exchange, or refund request.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:

This garment is screen printed using traditional, handcrafted techniques. Some color may spread or fade if not handled properly. To preserve the beauty and life of your garment, please follow these guidelines:

1.Wash separately in cold water.

2.Do not soak.
(Ideal washing time: Rinse or gently wash within 3–5 minutes of dipping the garment in water.)

3.Use mild detergent only.

4.Do not bleach or scrub harshly.

5.Avoid contact with white or light-colored garments while damp.
