Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are advised to review all product details, sizes, and order information carefully before completing the purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
At Villwaa, we are strictly committed to delivering products in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged,

An incorrect product has been delivered, or

There is a quality issue from our side.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor colour variations caused by screen display differences.
Return Request Timeline
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Product Condition Requirement
Returned products must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition

With original tags and packaging intact
If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, Villwaa reserves the right to reject the return, exchange, or refund request.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:

A full refund will be processed, or

An exchange will be arranged, based on customer preference.
No additional delivery charges will be applied for approved exchanges.
